do I order?

thru SMS at 0916-5003089 (Philippines only). Please
include your order details and contact information,
as well as
preferred shipping method:

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with
the availability of items ordered, total amount of your order, shipping cost,
payment details and estimated shipping and delivery date. If there is any discrepancy
or errors in the email, kindly contact us before 7 am of the shipping date.
*Please note item will only be shipped after payment is received.
How do I make my payment?
Payment can be made using any of these options:
• Cash deposit to any BDO branch
*Payment cut-off time for bank deposits is 5 pm, Mondays & Thursdays
• Mobile Remittance system (G-cash)
• Cash upon pick-up of goods (only available for pick-up orders)
Account details for payments will be included in your order confirmation email.
How do we ship?
Once payment has been verified, most orders will be prepared and shipped by the
next shipping schedule. Our shipping schedule is every Tuesdays and Fridays.
If payment is made through the bank and after the specified cut-off time, orders
will be shipped on the next shipping schedule.
Ex. Payment deposited to bank at 6 pm Monday, the order will not make it to the
Tuesday shipping, it will be shipped on Friday instead.
Orders will be shipped via courier Air21 or Xendexpress.
Shipping cost will vary depending on weight and location. This amount will be
included in your order confirmation email and must be paid in full in order for
us to release your order.
We will contact you further once your order has been shipped.
How about international shipping?
Sorry, we currently do not ship outside of The Philippines.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we can arrange for you to pick your order from our office. Please indicate
this specifically in your order. Pick-up will be scheduled according to available
times.
Is there any handling fee?
No, there is no handling fee for any order. We will ensure packaging is done
securely. However, we are not liable for any loss and/or damage once the items
are released to the courier for shipping.
What is your return / exchange policy?
In order to provide full customer satisfaction, we do allow returns or exchanges
following these guidelines:
• If there is anything wrong with any item from your order, please notify us
by email as soon as possible.
• Returns & exchange of items are valid within 7 days from actual shipping
date.
• Items must be in good and saleable condition with original packaging intact.
• All returns or exchanges will be subject to approval.
What if an item is out of stock?
Currently, Crafting Studio does not process backorders. If your item is out of
stock at the time of fulfillment, we will notify you immediately via email or
SMS. Consequently, the out of stock product will be cancelled out from your order
and this will be reflected in the order confirmation email.
If an overpayment was made, the remaining balance from your payment will be credited
to your next order or refunded to you as per an agreed arrangement.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Crafting studio values our client’s privacy, Crafting studio will only
use private information provided to us to complete a sale, handle your request
or otherwise serve you, rest assured that any information you give to us will
remain solely with Crafting Studio. No information will be shared with a third
party in any manner.
